A single male was arrested at a Yaletown hotel Saturday night following he snuck in and assaulted two strangers, in accordance to the Vancouver Law enforcement Section.

According to a tweet posted Sunday, a 23-year-old gentleman entered the lodge about 6:30 p.m. and “assaulted a workers member just before bursting into a guest’s area.”

Spokesperson Sgt. Steve Addison stated, in an email to CTV News Vancouver, that the identify and locale of the lodge are not remaining introduced mainly because that may indirectly establish the victim who is effective there.

Addison also mentioned the worker was allegedly punched and choked when he asked the gentleman to go away the lodge, and endured minor accidents. He verified the person arrested was not a guest at the resort.

No costs have been permitted, but the male who was arrested was taken to jail and released with a assure to appear in court future month.
