A new boutique hotel from Lodge Havana staff is coming to Houston

A new lodge from the Austin-dependent hospitality group Bunkhouse is coming to Houston. Lodge Saint Augustine will be the group’s very first job in Houston and is planned to be adjacent to the Menil Selection in Montrose.

Bunkhouse has beforehand renovated aged properties in cities like Austin and San Antonio for their award-profitable spaces, but Hotel Saint Augustine will be a new design. The resort is scheduled to crack floor in 2022 and open up in drop 2023. The two-acre area will function 71 rooms, two floors, a cafe, bar and occasion area.

Found in the 4100 block of Loretta Generate, the resort will be in just going for walks distance of the Menil Collection, a final decision Bunkhouse Team CEO Amar Lalvani suggests he was thrilled about.

“As with all Bunkhouse motels, Resort Saint Augustine will be deeply rooted with a feeling of area,” Lalvani advised the Houston Chronicle. “We’re honored to be adjacent to the internationally recognized Menil Collection, an art museum we adore.”

Its grounds will be created by 10 Eyck Landscape Architects. Submit Corporation will be managing the interiors. Lake|Flato will design the composition. The Marchbanks Enterprise will be developing the undertaking.

Started by Liz Lambert, Bunkhouse Team aims to root their spaces in the communities they are designed should really healthy ideal at residence in Houston.
